More than seven years after charges of murdering four infants at Toronto's Hospital for Sick Children were dropped for lack of evidence. Nurse Susan Nelles was given the right by the Supreme Court to sue the prosecutors in the case. Nelles had maintained that a proper investigation was never done. She said that despite the trauma, she's been able to put the whole thing behind her.
