Some of the 500 or so Canadians in eastern Saudi Arabia had second thoughts about staying in the war zone. Even though Ex-Calgarian Panos Kelamis and his wife Rea had sealed their home and practiced putting on gas masks with their family, the Scud missile attacks proved too much. Rea Kelamis (kuh-lamm-is) said they spent a lot of time sealed up in their bathroom and it gave them a lot of time to think.
