The Moncton parent whose complaint sparked a human rights inquiry into teacher Malcolm Ross called the inquiry's report a step forward in the battle against racism. Ross was the author of several anti-Semitic books. The inquiry had ordered the school board to suspend Ross for 18 months and then find him a non-teaching job.
