The last of 732 oil wells burning in Kuwait was put out by Calgary-based Safety Boss, 10 months after Iraqi troops set the oilfields ablaze. The job took eight months, a far cry from the original estimate of two years. Brian McCutcheon of Safety Boss said his crews did a good job, extinguishing more fires they anyone else.
