Bruno Gerussi, who played Nick Adonidas in the long running TV series "The Beachcombers," died. He suffered an apparent heart attack in Vancouver on Nov. 22. He starred for 19 years in The Beachcombers before the show was cancelled in 1990. Gerussi's son, Rico, said his father was always proud of the show's longevity.
