Canadian TV personality Fred Davis died July 5th after suffering a stroke. Davis was best known as the smooth moderator of the long-running TV program "Front Page Challenge". He joined "Front Page Challenge" when it became a regular fixture on CBC TV in the fall of 1957 -- and was still on board for the final show in February, 1995. Fellow broadcaster Betty Kennedy had fond memories of working with Davis.
