That's when Cliff Fletcher says they received a letter from a lawyer for Martin Kruze, who said he was repeatedly assaulted as a teenager. Fletcher said the out-of-court deal the Gardens struck with Kruze did not prevent him from going to police, it only kept secret the settlement amount.
