A Toronto businessman who had never heard the poem "In Flanders Fields" paid 400 thousand dollars for four medals awarded to First World War poet John McCrae. Forty-four-year-old Arthur Lee came to Canada when he was 12 and said he planned to donate the McRae medals to the McRae House Museum in Guelph, Ontario.
