In late February, the three surviving Dionne quintuplets made a personal plea to Ontario Premier Mike Harris for compensation. Cecile spoke on behalf of sisters Yvonne and Annette, who at the time were all sharing a 700-dollar a month pension and living in Montreal. They accepted four-million dollars from the Ontario government in early March.
