Saskatchewan's appeals court rejected farmer Robert Latimer's appeal of his second-degree murder conviction in the death of his disabled daughter. It also upheld the Crown's appeal of his two-year sentence and ordered him to serve at least 10 years before he was eligible for parole. Bev Prescott of Saskatchewan's Voice of People with Disabilities says the sentence is appropriate.
