The Supreme Court of Canada overturned two previous sexual assault acquittals of an Alberta man in what came to be known as the "no means no" case on Feb. 25. It ordered the Alberta Court of Queen's Bench to sentence Steven Ewanchuck (YOO'-en-chuk). He had attacked a 17-year-old when the two were in his trailer for what the woman thought was a job interview.
