Canadian police officers sent to investigate war crimes in Kosovo returned with some horrible stories of murder. On Aug. 6, RCMP inspector Brian Strongman painted a sad picture. The nine-man Canadian team spent six weeks in Kosovo, gathering evidence to be used at the War Crimes Tribunal in The Hague.
