A boat that was believed to be Korean dumped its human cargo, 150 passengers, onto a beach in the Queen Charlotte Islands on Aug. 11 . RCMP constable Tracey Rook said the boat then turned and headed out to sea. It was about 80 kilometers offshore before it was intercepted by the RCMP. The ship and crew were put under arrest.
