Reform Party Leader Preston Manning said he would not ask disgraced MP Jack Ramsay to resign. Ramsay was convicted Nov. 24 of attempting to rape a 14-year-old aboriginal girl in 1969 but was expected to appeal. Manning said people shouldn't judge Ramsay until the case was completely resolved but for the time being he would not be part of the Reform caucus.
