Manitoba, Saskatchewan and the federal government announced $400 million more in aid for farmers on Feb. 24. But Saskatchewan farmer Arlynn Kurtz says it was not nearly enough. The Canadian Federation of Agriculture called it a first step and said farmers across the country need help.
