Part of the fence keeping protesters from the Summit of the Americas site in Quebec City was shoved over on April 20th. Riot police moved slowly toward the protesters milling around inside the perimeter. Canadian Press reporter Mike Omelus said police lobbed tear gas at the crowd. (Protesters threw objects at police-- including tear-gas canisters that police had lobbed into the crowd of demonstrators.)
