Two University of Toronto students were victims of a drive-by shooting in rural Mexico while vacationing in the town of San Cristobel de Las Casas. The incident happened on August 19th. The students returned to Toronto three days later. During an exclusive interview with the Canadian Press, 21-year-old Jodi Christie described what happened. (Christie said when the police arrived, they said there wasn't enough proof the shooting had actually happened -- despite bullet casings and blood all over the ground.)
