A Quebec athlete was stripped of his Canada Games bronze medal after mooning the crowd. Phil Bowman, co-chair of the Games, said he believed Daniel Blouin (bloo-AH') acted on the spur of the moment. (Daniel Blouin of Le Gardeur, Quebec said he was simply reacting to playful taunts from Quebec fans when he dropped his shorts on the track following the 3,000-metre steeplechase in London, Ontario.)
