Eric Tillman was named general manager and vice president of Ottawa's new CFL franchise. Tillman won Grey Cup titles in both BC and Toronto. He built up a list of contacts, having worked for the old Montreal Concorde, the NFL, and for eight years as director of the Senior Bowl in Mobile, Alabama. Tillman said his experience would help build a winner in Ottawa.
