The first wave of Canadian soldiers to return home from Afghanistan landed in Edmonton on July 30th. About 280 soldiers were greeted with wild cheers and applause from family and friends who had gathered at the airport. The soldiers returned to Canadian soil after serving in the war against terror in Afghanistan. Corporal Corey Bulmer said he'd had some major cravings during his six months in Afghanistan.
