Air Canada President Robert Milton said the airline's new discount brand, Tango, could take part of the credit for a one billion dollar improvement over last year's third-quarter. The company reported a 125 million dollar third-quarter profit in 2002 after the previous year's terrorist-plagued quarter. Milton boasted the profit was the highest among all carriers in the Americas.
