Alberta Environment Minister Lorne Taylor said he's willing to work with the other provinces to modify Ottawa's Kyoto plan. Taylor said he would give it a shot because the provinces are in charge of the process. That led to a public disagreement with federal Environment Minister David Anderson, who insisted Ottawa is still in control of the agenda. Taylor disagreed.
