Natural Resources Minister Herb Dhaliwal said the US owes it to Canada to clarify its anti-terrorist policy on tourism. US Attorney General John Ashcroft said visitors suspected of potential terrorism will continue to be fingerprinted and questioned. Dhaliwal said that includes Canadians, and it shouldn't. Dhaliwal said American border controls single out minorities and he wants the US to promise there will be no racial profiling.
