Pemberton, BC saw lots of rain in October. Volunteers and city crews teamed up to do some sand bagging and work to shore up dikes from encroaching flood waters. Pemberton's acting mayor Michelle Beauregard had to evacuate her home. She said the water came so quickly, many livestock were left to fend for themselves.
