Conservative MP Elsie Wayne said good-bye to the House of Commons. In her farewell speech May 13th, Wayne thanked colleagues from all parties for their encouragement over the years. (Wayne first entered the Commons in 1993 as one of only two Tories elected to office at the time. The only other Progressive Conservative elected that year was Jean Charest.)
