Neil Stonechild's mother said she felt some sense of closure -- but not complete. The comments came October 26th after an inquiry found Stonechild was in the custody of Saskatoon police right before he froze to death on the outskirts of the city. Stella Bignell says when the investigation started in 1990, no one wanted to talk to her about what happened to her son. (Justice David Wright's findings backed up what some in the community believed all along -- that Stonechild had some sort of run-in with police on the night he was last seen alive.)
