Comedian John Morgan, who played the dim-witted Mike from Canmore on CBC's "The Royal Canadian Air Farce," died. Morgan died November 15th of a suspected heart attack at his home in Toronto. He was 74. "Air Farce" colleague Don Ferguson said Morgan's death came as a shock. (Morgan retired from "Air Farce" three years earlier.)
