Former New Brunswick premier Louis J. Robichaud died January 6th at age 79. He was remembered as a political giant who worked tirelessly to better the lives of his fellow citizens. Former premier Camille Theriault said Robichaud was in a league of his own. (Robichaud was responsible for massive social reform in New Brunswick during the 1960's, including his equal opportunity program and the Official Languages Act.)
