Preview Clip

The Maple Leaf was flying once again in Newfoundland and Labrador on January 10th. The Canadian flag was removed from provincial buildings in December 2004 -- after the province failed to reach a new offshore revenue deal with Ottawa. Premier Danny Williams ordered the flags back up, saying his point had been made. (The prime minister had said there would be no negotiations until the Maple Leaf was flying once again.)
