Canada and the European Union reached a series of agreements on everything from the environment to terrorism. Prime Minister Martin said his one-day summit June 20th with the EU president in Niagara-on-the-Lake touched on issues of international concern -- such as bird flu. (Among other things, Canada and the EU agreed to share airline passenger lists to help combat terrorism.)
