Canada's Disaster Assistance Response Team began treating earthquake victims in one of the hardest hit areas of Pakistan. The DART set up a small hospital in Garidupata, about 140 kilometers from Islamabad. Doctor Chris Kennedy described the scene October 23rd, after his team treated 50 patients. (Many patients suffered from scabies, ringworm and diarrhea.)
