Preview Clip

US Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice was in Ottawa on October 25th. Rice shrugged off the Canada-US lumber dispute as just one minor irritant between the two countries. (Ottawa claims Canada is owed three-and-a-half billion dollars by the US for duties improperly collected against Canadian softwood exports.)
