A Canadian soldier who lost his legs in a suicide bomb attack in Afghanistan spoke about his experience. Master Corporal Paul Franklin, an Edmonton-based military medic, said he remembered the suicide bomber hitting the rear of his vehicle and then mind-boggling pain as the vehicle flipped over and he was thrown against a wall. (Franklin endured dozens of surgeries since the incident January 15th.)
