The Action Democratique Party was the big winner in the March 26th Quebec election, going from five seats to 41 -- upending the Parti Quebecois as official Opposition. Party leader Mario Dumont said he'd work for a stable minority government. Dumont said it was an extraordinary opportunity for the national assembly. (The A-D-Q relegated the Liberals to a minority and left the Patti Quebecois in third place.)
