The brother of convicted child molester Christopher Neil had mixed feelings after learning the 32-year-old former BC resident had been handed a three year and three month prison term in Thailand for sexually abusing a 13-year-old boy. Maple Ridge resident Matthew Nell said he was torn between a desire for justice and love for his brother. (Matthew Nell said the sentence was just the start of the process for his brother, who was still facing another sex charge.)
