Stephen Harper's Conservatives were returned to office with a considerably stronger minority than they won in 2006. Harper said he'd push ahead with a Conservative agenda, while working together with all parties. Harper said he has shown minority governments can work, and he asked all parties to work together to help Canada weather the global economic crisis.
