Concerns were raised March 3rd about whether the biggest health board in Newfoundland and Labrador would improve after an inquiry into botched breast cancer testing. The inquiry's final report made 60 recommendations designed to improve the health care system. Newfoundland Premier Danny Williams said his government would act quickly to implement them. Williams said the findings had national implications for improving health-care delivery.
