In a surprise move, Vincent (vah-SAHN') Lacroix, an accused trust-fund scammer, pleaded guilty September 21st to 200 fraud-related charges. Lacroix had been accused of defrauding over nine-thousand investors and illegally appropriating more than 100 million dollars.
