A young man who killed 14-year-old Toronto teen Stefanie Rengel on New Year's Day, 2008, was sentenced September 28th as an adult. David Bagshaw received a life sentence with no chance of parole for 10 years. His lawyer, Heather McArthur, said her client was full of remorse for what he did. (Bagshaw admitted he killed the girl to appease his jealous girlfriend -- Melissa Todorovic. She was also convicted of first-degree murder in a separate trial and both were sentenced as adults.)
