Ex-Norbourg boss Vincent Lacroix was sentenced October 9th to 13 years in prison for bilking clients out of an estimated 115-million dollars. Crown lawyer Julie Riendeau said in handing down the sentence, the judge noted it was a serious crime. (The 13-year term was consecutive to a five-year sentence Lacroix was given for securities violations related to the same crimes.)
