In downtown Toronto, roving bands of G-20 protesters set fire to police vehicles and smashed windows -- despite a one billion dollar security tab and thousands of police at the ready. Canadian Press reporter Terry Pedwell was at Queen's Park, where riot police clashed with protesters.
