Winnipeg police issued a Canada-wide warrant on October 13th for convicted sex offender Graham James. Winnipeg Police Constable Jason Michalyshen (mihk-ah-LISH'-en) said new charges involve alleged sexual assault dating from the late 1970s through the early 1990s. (James was sentenced to three-and-a-half years in prison in 1997, after pleading guilty to hundreds of sexual assaults involving two teenage hockey players. James was granted a pardon by the National Parole Board in 2007.)
