A BC woman asking for the right to die with dignity had her court case expedited on August 3rd. A BC Supreme Court judge set a November 14th date for the start of Gloria Taylor's legal quest for a doctor-assisted suicide. Lawyer Joe Arvay said it was good news for his client. (Taylor joined four other plaintiffs in a challenge aiming to give people the right to die with the help of a doctor. Taylor said it was time Canada's law against assisted-suicide was changed.)
