Ayano Tokumasu, a 20-year-old international student, was swept over Niagara Falls August 14th when she lost her balance while straddling a guardrail to have her picture taken. Niagara Parks Police Chief Doug Kane said visitors try to scale the wall every day, but none had fallen off in that spot before. (Tokumasu's body was found August 18th.)
