One of the most powerful twisters in years hit Goderich, Ontario on August 21st, destroying much what was dubbed Canada's prettiest town. Winds up to 280 kilometers-per-hour raged through the Lake Huron community. Sixteen-year-old Cassandra Phillips-Grande described what it was like after the violent storm passed. (One person was killed and nearly 40 people were injured. Environment Canada said the province hadn't seen a storm that powerful since 1996.)
