The prime suspect in the kidnapping of a three-year-old boy in Sparwood, BC was caught September 13th. RCMP arrested Randall Hopley nearly a week after Kienan Herbert disappeared from his home. He was mysteriously returned to his home four days later, but the suspect managed to evade police. Kienan's father, Paul Hebert, said he wasn't looking for vengeance against his son's accused kidnapper. (The boy had been abducted on September 7th. Hopley, 46, was found mentally fit to stand trial on kidnapping and other charges.)
