On December 7th, former junior hockey coach Graham James pleaded guilty in Winnipeg to sexually assaulting two of his former players, including NHL star Theoren Fleury. James had already served a three-and-a-half year prison sentence for abusing former players he coached. Sheldon Kennedy was among those who pressed charges then. Kennedy said he intended to be at the sentencing hearing for James. (James was scheduled to appear in a Winnipeg courtroom for sentencing in February.)
