A teen who police had said was drugged and repeatedly raped at a rave party in BC in 2010 said she was devastated that sex assault charges were stayed. She told reporters in a February 22nd conference there was no doubt in her mind that she was sexually assaulted. But the girl -- whose voice was altered to prevent her from being identified -- said she learned such cases are hard to prove. (The teen and her father urged people who attended the rave to break the code of silence and please come forward with information -- no matter how small or insignificant. A 16-year-old boy who posted images of the alleged attack on the Internet was given a one year probation sentence on February 10th.)
