Terri-Lynne McClintic took the stand March 13th in Michael Rafferty's first-degree murder trial in the death of eight-year-old Victoria Stafford. She stated she delivered the fatal blows that killed the girl she had kidnapped and her boyfriend had just sexually assaulted. Rodney Stafford said hearing McClintic testify about his daughter's last hours was painful. (Rafferty pleaded not guilty to first-degree murder, sexual assault causing bodily harm and kidnapping in Tori's death. On May 11th, a jury found Rafferty guilty of all charges.)
