The fire chief of Prince George, BC said sawmill employees were heroes when they helped others to safety after an explosion and fire April 24th. John Lane said by the time his crews arrived, the mill was fully in flames and they wouldn't have been able to go in to look for survivors. Lane said the explosion was catastrophic. (Two men died in the blast and 22 others were injured -- nine of them seriously.)
